lola's preschool celebrated may day with singing 'round the maypole, a potluck brunch (we brought croissants and strawberry jam butter, yum!) and flower cones delivered to all the grandmas and grandpas at the senior living center (which was pretty much the sweetest thing ever). one of the moms made wrist leis, another made ivy wreaths for the kids' hair, and one of the dads made delicious cupcakes. it was so fun that lola didn't want to leave and cried until her teacher carried her out to the car. i am so thankful for such a sweet preschool community full of ten of the nicest kids and their thoughtful parents, along with a teacher that has given lola such a great start to her school years. i'm a little late posting, but happy may day, friends!

the color in these is amazing! and such a cute celebration!
